Arrowhead’s engineering team worked very closely with this customer to help them finalize the design of the exterior of this video poker table. When the design was finalized and approved, our tooling department took over to finalize the prototype. The molded fiberglass prototype was approved by our customer and then went to our production department where we produced the initial rush order. The customer had an accelerated timeline which Arrowhead made sure was met. With teamwork and communication on both the client side and the Arrowhead staff, we were able to meet the customer’s requirements.
